Just like you, I am many things:

I’m an old soul, a listener, a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), and a recovering perfectionist.

I’m also a New Englander, a doodle mom, a wife, and a lover of slow, simple moments.

I’m an Educational Psychologist, a meditation + yoga teacher, a writer, and a life-long learner.

How I got here

From the time I was a little girl, I always knew that I wanted to be a helper.

Back then, I had dreams of being a doctor or a veterinarian - helping people or animals during their most vulnerable moments. It’s funny, how as children, before the pressures of the world start to tell us who and what we should be, we are often most connected to our gifts and our calling.

A bumpy, backroad kind of journey - hello life! - led me to the field of school psychology, where I spent almost a decade working with the most amazing teenagers. As a school psychologist, I spent my days supporting and nurturing the educational, emotional and psychological needs of students within the public school system. While I LOVED the work that I did, growing evaluation demands began pulling me away from my heart for the job, which has always been counseling and the therapeutic relationship.

In 2017, with a gentle tugging on my heart and a not so gentle nudge from a friend, I took a brave leap of faith and opened the doors to my private practice. Since then, I have had the absolute joy of walking alongside college-aged women and young professionals who find themselves exhausted from the constant hustle of perfectionism, overwhelmed by the pressure to do it all + be it all, and anxious about the uncertainties that life transitions often bring. My goal is always for clients to walk away from our time together feeling seen and celebrated for who they truly are, and to be empowered with skills + inner resources that allow them to live with more presence, compassion and resilience.
